What happens if I'm not satsified?
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, and we take pride in the quality of our products. However, we understand that issues can arise, and we're here to help if something goes wrong.
Quality Concerns
If your product arrives with any defects, such as printing errors, damage during shipping, or other quality issues, please reach out to us immediately. We will review your concern and, if the issue is due to a manufacturing or shipping error, we will work with you to resolve it by offering a replacement or a refund.
Issues Not Covered
It's important to note that we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for situations where the product is as described, but the customer has changed their mind or is unsatisfied for subjective reasons. For example:
Material Expectations: If the product’s material is accurately described in the product listing but does not meet your personal expectations, this will not be considered a defect.
Color Differences: Minor color variations can occur due to different screen settings or printing processes. These variations are not considered quality defects.
Design Preferences: If the design of the product matches the description but is not what you personally envisioned, this will not be grounds for a return or exchange.
We encourage you to carefully read the product descriptions and specifications before purchasing to ensure the item meets your expectations.
How to Report an Issue
If you believe there is a quality issue with your product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and photos if applicable. Our team will review your claim and assist you in resolving the issue.
